For customers in Kansas City, we offer free local pickup, as well as porch drop-off for a small fee.

If you are not happy with one of our consumable products*, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to issue a product refund (less shipping costs).
We encourage you to start with smaller quantities of our products before purchasing larger sizes to ensure they work well for you and to minimize waste in the event they do not.
*We mean “consumable,” as in a product that gets used up and replenished over time—our products are not intended for eating :)
Durable Goods (foaming dispensers, spray lids, etc.)
30-day window to replace defective or damaged goods.
Please contact us immediately (but at least within 30 days of receiving your order) if an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide a description of the problem, as well as photos or videos so that we can assess and help troubleshoot, if possible. We will send a replacement product (at no additional shipping cost to you).
Other than defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for our durable goods. We provide lots of pictures and videos of our accessories in action so that you can evaluate whether they will be a good fit for you.
